  • Drive Revenue:Own revenue accountability for project and partnership delivery programs using insights provided by existing CBRE service lines.
Ecosystem Orchestration & Cross‑Platform Integration
  • Orchestrate:Act as the bridge between partners and CBRE’s field execution resources, ensuring integrated client delivery.
  • Build the Delivery Network:Build and manage a tech‑enabled global delivery ecosystem—partners, OEMs, integrators—that supports scalable and repeatable project execution.
Product, Solution, & Program Strategy
  • Innovation Piloting:Collaborate cross-functionally to establish an "innovation piloting" program that tests and validates technologies in distinct sectors before scaling them globally.
  • Data‑Driven Validation:Determine Measurement & Verification (M&V) metrics for project success, quantifying energy savings, asset value effects, and carbon impact to validate the business case for broader expansion.
  • Go‑to‑Market Strategy:Lead the development and execution of go‑to‑market plans for partnership‑driven project solutions, ensuring alignment with global client needs.
180‑Day Launch Plan
  • Audit & Stabilize:Review "in‑flight" collaborations and evolve existing processes to ensure immediate project continuity.
  • Supply‑Demand Match:Map the landscape of partners against the retrofit needs of our top clients.
  • Pilot Launch:Operationalize a pilot processing program to deploy specific technologies (e.g., electrification, storage) in target geographies.
  • Metric Definition:Establish the data validation metrics required to prove ROI to client investment committees.
