The Opportunity:

We are seeking talented and motivated Business Transformation Consultants at various levels (Associate, Senior Associate, and Manager) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in consulting, with expertise in business process design and operating model design. You will play a crucial role in driving business requirement gathering for technology implementation, ensuring that our clients achieve their transformation goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
2. Lead and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and design effective solutions.
3. Develop and document business process designs and operating models.
4. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
5. Support technology implementation projects by translating business requirements into functional specifications.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business transformation and consulting.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field;
• Proven experience in consulting, with a focus on business process design and operating model design.
• Strong understanding of business process design methodologies and best practices, with the ability to analyze and optimize workflows.
• Familiarity with operating model frameworks and the ability to design and implement effective organizational structures.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to assess complex business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data sets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather and analyze landscape data effectively.
