Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Consultant in Arlington, VA to help transform organizational processes by applying data visualization, BI tools, and low/no-code platforms. You will collaborate with clients and teams to document requirements, design dashboards, and deliver actionable insights for leadership.

You will develop training materials, SOPs, and QRGs to support adoption of Microsoft tools, while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of experience in business process transformation, data analytics or consulting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Support transforming organizational processes by recommending technologies to modernize workflows and drive data-driven decisions.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and QRGs for adoption of Microsoft and other business tools.
• Gather requirements and translate user needs into functional specifications.
• Conduct business process analyses to identify workflow simplifications and efficiency gains.
• Monitor documentation repositories for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, QLIK) and reports in Power Platform.
• Perform Power Apps operations and UI/UX updates, including forms and navigation improvements.

What You Will Do :

• Support transforming organizational processes by recommending emerging technologies: including data visualization (e.g., PowerBI/Tableau), low/no-code solutions (e.g., SharePoint/Power Platform), and/or AI/ML solutions (e.g., Databricks/Python) to modernize organizational workflows and drive data-driven decisions for operations.
• Develop training materials, including supporting training workshops, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), to support the adoption of Microsoft and other business management tools
• Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements, document process flows, and translate user needs into functional specifications
• Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for workflow simplification and operational efficiency improvements
• Monitor and manage documentation repositories to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards
• Develop and maintain dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, QLIK) and reports (MS Power Platform) that transform complex business data into actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership audiences
• Perform Microsoft Power Apps operations and maintenance and UI/UX updates, including form layouts, navigation improvements, labels, instructions, and styling enhancements.

What You Will Need :

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• Bachelors degree.
• ONE (1) of experience in business process transformation, data analytics or consulting.
