Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data engineering professional to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data lakes, warehouses, and dimensional data models. You will build scalable data ingestion pipelines and support ETL/ELT processes to enable enterprise analytics and reporting.

The role partners with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions and create semantic data layers that yield actionable insights for decision makers. A Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• THREE (3) or more years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• THREE (3) or more years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and techniques to enhance data engineering and analytics capabilities, including:
  • Data modeling acceleration
  • SEMOSS (Semantic Open Source Software)
  • Anomaly detection and monitoring
  • Automated pipeline development and optimization
  • AI-assisted analytics and reporting
  • Machine learning and predictive analytics concepts
• Experience supporting cloud-based data and analytics environments.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data platform automation.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $75,200.00-$112,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
