Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and dimensional data models in Atlanta. You will build secure, scalable data ingestion and integration pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs, and develop ETL/ELT processes using modern tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Three (3) or more years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• THREE (3) or more years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and techniques to enhance data engineering and analytics capabilities, including:
  • Data modeling acceleration
  • SEMOSS (Semantic Open Source Software)
  • Anomaly detection and monitoring
  • Automated pipeline development and optimization
  • AI-assisted analytics and reporting
  • Machine learning and predictive analytics concepts
• Experience supporting cloud-based data and analytics environments.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data platform automation.

The annual salary range for this position is $75,200.00-$112,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
