Robinson+Cole, a Vault “Top Ranked” Am Law 200 Firm, seeks an associate to join its Business Transactions Practice Group in its New York, Stamford, Hartford, Providence or Boston offices.

Qualified candidates will have three to six years of experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions.
• Strong writing, research, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate matters.
• Support financing and deal structuring as part of a deal team.
