Our client, a highly regarded Am Law 200 firm is seeking a Business Transactions Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its growing corporate practice in New York, Stamford, Hartford, Providence, or Boston.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated transactional matters in a collaborative, partner-accessible environment. The practice represents clients across a wide range of industries on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate governance, joint ventures, acquisition financings, and complex commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents for M&A, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate matters. Strong academic credentials, exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced practice are essential. Experience with acquisition financing is a plus, but not required.

The firm offers a hybrid work schedule (2–3 days in the office), a highly competitive compensation package, and a salary range of $195,000–$215,000 for New York and Massachusetts offices (commensurate with experience).
