Robinson+Cole seeks a Business Transactions Associate to join its Practice Group in New York, Stamford, Hartford, Providence or Boston. You will work on sophisticated corporate, financial, and strategic matters across industries, including M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents and strong writing and negotiation skills; hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration a few days per week.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions preferred
• Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist on mergers & acquisitions, venture capital financings, and other corporate matters
