Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic record.
• Active Texas bar license in good standing required.
• 2–4 years of business/transactional law experience at a large to midsize firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on M&A, private placements, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for transactions.
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and filings.
• Collaborate with Litigation Section on shared matters and referrals.
