Job summary

Alignerr Corp. seeks experienced postsecondary Business instructors to shape AI understanding of business concepts. You will design and review questions and case studies used to train AI systems, and provide expert feedback to improve reasoning and real-world applicability.

Remote, 10–40 hours per week, freelancer contract. You will work asynchronously on your own schedule, with flexible deadlines and opportunities for ongoing engagements. Prior AI experience is not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of core business topics (management, strategy, operations, finance).
• Ability to articulate and evaluate business reasoning in writing.
• Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering detailed feedback.

About the Role

We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand, reason about, and communicate core business concepts — making a real-world impact on one of the most rapidly evolving technologies of our time.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level

• Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering detailed, actionable feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to meet project deadlines independently
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Industry or applied business experience beyond academia
• Familiarity with AI, content evaluation, or instructional design workflows
