Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced management and leadership instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory. This role is fully remote as an hourly contract with a commitment of 10-40 hours per week.

You will review AI-generated scenarios for accuracy, provide clear feedback, and help strengthen AI's managerial reasoning capabilities while working independently on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong grounding in organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management practice.
• Sharp analytical skills to spot weak reasoning and explain why it falls short.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to strengthen AI's managerial reasoning capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously - on your schedule, at your own pace.

About The Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about the complex, real-world challenges managers and leaders face every day.

Who You Are
