Job summary

FIS Management Services, LLC in Jacksonville, FL seeks Business Systems Specialists / Test Automation Engineers to collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to gather and validate retirement planning requirements.

You will develop test plans and automate tests using Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Cypress, and WebDriverIO; integrate tests into Jenkins or GitLab CI, and perform load testing with JMeter while validating data across PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and IBM DB2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years of experience in business systems analysis with Java/JavaScript, Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured, CI/CD, DevOps, JMeter, and DBs.
• Master's degree with four years of experience in the same skills is acceptable.
• Telecommuting and/or work-from-home may be permissible per company policies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate complex business and user requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for system, integration, and UAT testing.

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Business Systems Specialists / Test Automation Engineers for Digital Applications in Jacksonville, FL. The role collaborates with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to gather, analyze, and validate complex business and user requirements. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive test plans and cases for system, integration, and user acceptance testing; building and maintaining automated testing frameworks using Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Cypress, and WebDriverIO; integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI); conducting load and performance testing with Apache JMeter and analyzing KPIs such as latency, throughput, and error rates; applying strong SQL skills for data modeling, validation, and test data management across multiple recordkeeping systems (OMNI, TRAC, NonQual); writing performant SQL for analytics and data validation on PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and IBM DB2; validating application inputs/outputs against financial engine results and retirement income calculations; specifying canonical data contracts between third‑party financial engines and internal databases; defining system scope and objectives through research and deep understanding of retirement planning industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience as a business systems analyst lead, utilizing Java/JavaScript, Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Apache JMeter, and relational databases including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and IBM DB2 within the retirement income planning area.
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent with four (4) years of experience in the same skills acceptable. Telecommuting and/or work-from-home may be permissible per company policies.
