Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an ERP systems administrator to own the Deltek Costpoint architecture, data flows, and integrations. You will maintain ERP currency, oversee updates, and drive automation to reduce manual work across design and manufacturing processes.

The role requires strong project management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, with emphasis on security compliance and stakeholder alignment. US citizenship or eligible status is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with related experience required or preferred.
• Experience in ERP system administration and Deltek Costpoint (required).
• SharePoint experience is required.
• Power Automate and Power BI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MES and PLM systems a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO/AS9100 standards preferred.
• Strong ERP architecture and integration understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of system architecture and data flow for the Deltek Costpoint ERP.
• Lead integration efforts between business systems.
• Maintain system currency and oversee ERP updates and migrations.
• Drive workflow improvements to enhance processes, quality, and schedule.
• Build, maintain, and automate workflows to reduce manual work.
• Ensure electronic, paperless workflows between design and manufacturing.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI tools.
• Liaise with end users, business units, consulting teams, and OEMs.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans for software OEMs.
• Communicate user feedback, issues, and enhancement requests.
• Manage business system implementations within budgets and timelines.
• Lead user acceptance testing and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop reports for data analysis and operational visibility.
• Manage SharePoint sites and document libraries.
• Coordinate with IT and developers on security/tech standards.
• Deliver user training and create documentation, SOPs, security guidelines.
• Assist leadership in identifying hardware needs and equipment selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management with 9 years prior related experience, or Master’s degree with 7 years prior related experience
• ERP system administration experience
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP (required)
• SharePoint experience (required)
• Microsoft Power Automate experience (preferred)
• Microsoft Power BI experience (preferred)
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) (preferred)
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) (preferred)
• Familiarity with ISO and AS9100 standards (preferred)
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and system integrations
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and workflow improvements
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Strong project and change management capabilities
• Ability to balance technical depth with business needs
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or a protected individual as defined by ITAR
