• Possible travel to off-site locations.

• Design and maintain Freshservice service catalogs, automations, forms, and knowledge articles.
• Champion data governance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Research and recommend technologies that improve scalability and operational excellence.
• Follow federal and state laws, as well as established company policies.

The Business Systems Manager oversees the strategy, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of business systems across Red Apple Services, ABC Mechanical, and Good Hearts Gear. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with RAS salary and benefit policy. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by Red Apple Services.

FLSA OVERTIME CATEGORY

Job is exempt from the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

EVALUATION

Performance will be evaluated in accordance with Red Apple Services policy.
