Job summary

Greystar invites a Business Systems Intern to contribute to the Customer Success Team, gaining hands-on experience in project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

You will support national and regional teams, plan meetings, respond to inquiries, and complete a capstone project with a final presentation at the end of the program. Compensation is $26.50/hour for a 10-week period.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or Information Systems.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn; flexible and able to pivot.
• Quantitative background with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support national and regional marketing, legal compliance, system integration, reporting and data analytics teams.
• Participate in meeting planning and collateral creation.
• Respond quickly and accurately to internal customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team to solve problems creatively.
• Complete capstone project and presentation independently.
