Greystar is seeking a Business Systems Intern to support the Customer Success Team on projects across marketing, compliance, system integration, and data analytics. You will gain hands-on experience in project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration during a 10-week summer program.

As a Business Systems Intern, you will contribute to key initiatives within the Customer Success Team. This role offers hands‑on experience in project management, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.
The Greystar Summer Internship Program packs 10 weeks with real projects, real responsibility, and real connections. You’ll dive straight into the action on a team like Investment, Finance, Marketing, IT, Data, Leasing, Development, or Operations - doing work that actually moves the needle, not just watching from the sidelines. The compensation for this position is $26.50/hour. Additional Compensation: Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
