You will analyze system performance, improve workflows, and coordinate vendor efforts to deliver measurable value across operations.

The role focuses on maintaining existing tools, enabling business processes, and maximizing tool adoption while avoiding unnecessary new builds.

Qualifikationen

• Titan/Titan3000 fluency including configuration, modules, permissions, workflows, and reporting.
• Practical build skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint-based workflows.
• Data-driven diagnosis: reading transaction data to spot recurring issues and adoption gaps.
• Process-to-system translation and project/UAT discipline.
• Change and adoption management with clear stakeholder communication.
• Vendor management and coordination.

Aufgaben

• Business System Ownership — Titan health, configuration, modules, permissions and workflows, and vendor coordination.
• System Intelligence — uses data and AI capability to surface recurring issues, exceptions, correction patterns, and adoption gaps.
• Business Process Enablement — partners with Process Intelligence and business owners to translate process requirements into system solutions.
• Automation & Integration — decides whether Titan configuration, the Power Platform, an integration, or a process change is the right fix.
• Deployment & Adoption — owns business system initiatives from requirements through testing, UAT, rollout, training handoff, adoption, and measured results.
