Job summary

Locke Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in planning, execution, and coordination of precast concrete projects. You will maintain ERP data in Titan, coordinate material procurement, and support schedules to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail‑oriented with strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities, collaborating across engineering, production, logistics, and purchasing to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, construction, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (Titan or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or precast industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain project data in Titan ERP (BOMs, product details, cost).
• Coordinate material procurement with purchasing teams for timely orders.
• Track vendor lead times and confirm delivery dates.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones (submittals, production, shipping).
• Monitor timelines and flag delays or risks to Project Managers.
• Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout docs.
• Organize all project files in Titan Document Database for accessibility.
• Support cross-department communication between engineering, production, logistics, and purchasing.
• Ensure alignment between procurement, production schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Assist in project setup, kickoff, and ongoing coordination tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, procurement, and scheduling.
