CEIA USA, headquartered in Hudson, OH, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize and integrate our CRM environment as a core component of our business systems. You will design workflows in Deluge, build API integrations with Zoho and Dynamics GP, and lead projects from concept to deployment, translating complex requirements into scalable, secure technology solutions.

This role will work to proactively solve problems and identify business bottlenecks, challenges, and/or inefficient processes, and collaborate directly with employees, department leaders, and executive management in translating complex business needs into scalable, secure, and practical technology solutions.
