Job summary

RTX in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a student or early-career professional for an SAP/ERP-focused role. You will gather requirements, assist with SAP enhancements, configuration, testing, and documentation to support the supply chain functions.

The position offers exposure to SAP processes, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within RTX’s enterprise IT environment.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related STEM major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Experience with ERP logistics concepts and SAP.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for SAP enhancements and projects.
• Support functional analysts in SAP supply chain module configuration under support (P2S, S2P, MM, PP).
• Participate in testing activities including preparing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
• Help troubleshoot SAP-related issues by reviewing logs, replicating problems, and coordinating findings with senior analysts.
• Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support end-users by assisting with basic SAP questions, training sessions, and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across the organization.

• Relocation eligibility

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
