Job Summary: We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the delivery of a new enterprise application with a focus on documentation, manual testing, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, pharma domain expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally on security-focused initiatives.

Must-Have:

• 8+ years of BA/BSA experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience working on application delivery projects
• Manual application testing experience (not a tester role)
• Familiarity with tools: JIRA, SharePoint
• Ability to work core CST hours (9 AM–5 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of a new enterprise application
• Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct manual testing and assist in test strategy planning
• Maintain documentation and track progress using JIRA and SharePoint
• Work with cross-functional teams including security and IT
• Support data flow mapping and asset lifecycle activities
