Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for Workplace Benefits in Pennington, NJ. This is a contract role focused on Wealth Management and agile analysis to translate business needs into clear user stories and deliverables.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams, create technical designs, support QA and UAT, and leverage GenAI tools to improve analysis and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Wealth management experience.
• Hands-on Agile BSA experience with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency creating technical design documentation, system flows, and process maps.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and development teams to drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Workplace Benefits business and technology teams to define and refine requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, process flows, and system interactions.
• Create well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical design documentation for Agile teams.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with QA to define test scenarios and support UAT, issue triage, and defect resolution.
• Contribute to implementation planning, change management, and post-release validation.
• Leverage GenAI tools, where appropriate, to enhance analysis, documentation quality, and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to partner with stakeholders and development teams to drive delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workplace Benefits products, including Equity Awards and 401(k).


• Background as a domain Business Analyst supporting benefits platforms.

Additional Details

Schedule: Required 3 days onsite in Pennington, NJ.
