Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience or a high school diploma with 7+ years of related experience
• Experience in banking/financial services is preferred
• Proficiency in SQL data analysis and BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Looker

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and needs assessment to align IT solutions
• Act as liaison between business and IT
• Prepare diagrams, flowcharts, and specifications for software applications
• Encode, test, debug, and implement operating programs
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data extraction processes
• Create reports and dashboards to support business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into analytical solutions
• Identify data quality issues and propose corrective actions
