Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 7 years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with relational databases and data extraction processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and data extraction processes.
• Analyze large datasets across systems to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Create reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into analytical solutions.
• Validate data quality and perform root cause analysis.
• Support data migration and integration projects.
