Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Business Systems Analyst on the BizTech team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to configure systems, document processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization's technology ecosystem.

You'll own end-to-end delivery of technical projects, evaluate vendors, manage integrations and API connections, and ensure knowledge is captured and shared.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar in tech.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Experience configuring systems, workflows, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects from conception through launch.
• Configure and customize business systems, including permissions and workflows.
• Lead vendor evaluation, SLAs, and ongoing performance assessment.
• Create and maintain system documentation and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations.
