PowerSchool is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional requirements and system solutions. You will optimize enterprise processes, support system enhancements, and enable effective use of enterprise systems to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (CRM/Salesforce, ERP, HRIS, or data/reporting systems).
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies; ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into system requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve processes and systems.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to design and implement solutions.
• Support end-to-end system lifecycle activities including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate UAT and develop test cases; manage defects and feedback.
