Job description

Are you ready to join a growing team? CTG is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to support moderately complex to complex enterprise initiatives for our client. This role will focus on business analysis, functional specifications, SIT/UAT coordination, testing support, and cross-functional project delivery within a banking environment.

Location: Buffalo, NY

Duration: 5 months

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
• Coordinate and support SIT and UAT testing activities.
• Lead functional analysis efforts for system enhancements, integrations, and regulatory initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in data mapping, system integration, and conversion activities.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, and issue resolution activities.
• Support post-implementation reviews and ensure adherence to technology and regulatory standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for supported applications and business processes.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on project methodologies and testing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to present effectively to technical and business leadership.
