A leading company in healthcare analytics is seeking a skilled professional for a remote role focused on data analysis and system support. This position requires strategic insight into business systems through complex reporting and operational activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's Degree with experience in analytics or operational support, and be adept in SDLC methodology.
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
This position delivers strategic insight into business systems through complex analysis, reporting, and operational activities. Serves as a technical expert on system usage and performance. Determines business requirements and implements appropriate specifications, monitoring for compliance and effectiveness. Assists in identifying and resolving process issues which may involve system testing or development. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group.
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
Expertise in SDLC methodology (Agile/Waterfall) including requirements definition, development and testing, and change management. Experience with risk/regulatory remediation as it relates to large programs, aligning methodology and process across multiple technology teams, risk assessment and audit experience, project management experience

If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $110,000 and $155,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
