Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

This position delivers strategic insight into business systems through complex analysis, reporting, and operational activities. Serves as a technical expert on system usage and performance. Determines business requirements and implements appropriate specifications, monitoring for compliance and effectiveness. Assists in identifying and resolving process issues which may involve system testing or development. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
• Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them through specifications, reports, project plans, or other documentation. Identifies issues affecting system processes and assists in correcting them. Ensures compliance through testing and analysis.
• Reporting - Produces advanced reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas for improvement. May develop process enhancements based on analysis results.
• System Support - Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to the organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in the same fields.

Expertise in SDLC methodology (Agile/Waterfall), including requirements definition, development, testing, and change management. Experience with risk/regulatory remediation related to large programs, aligning methodology and process across multiple technology teams, risk assessment, audit experience, and project management.

For North Carolina, the base pay ranges from $110,000 to $155,000, depending on skills, experience, and location. Total compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
