Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Data analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data; analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies; communicates analysis output.
• Identifying requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates via specifications, reports, project plans, or documentation; identifies issues affecting system processes and assists in correcting them.
• Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing; identifies patterns, problems, and areas for improvement; may develop process enhancements.
• System support - Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to escalated inquiries; ensures processes run smoothly; improves end-user experience; suggests modifications and enhancements; guides on systems and data output.

Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output.
