The Business System Analyst III is a hands-on technical position supporting a complex SaaS solution throughout design, implementation, and maintenance phases. As part of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) Project team, this role involves participation in all project activities supporting internal and external customers. Technical responsibilities include system design, implementation, and support across multiple business units.

This position requires providing resolution guidance to team members for systems design, problem resolution, and project management. The analyst will lead and participate in S2P implementations and enhancements, overseeing system configuration, testing, customer support, upgrades, integrations, security compliance, and other technical duties. Coordination with local points of contact ensures strategic alignment and governance compliance, including assessing the appropriateness of changes to maintain security standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide user support and technical administration for Ivalua S2P solution
• Support ETL & API implementations, assessing configurations and identifying gaps
• Assist with SQL development and troubleshooting
• Monitor business events in production environments
• Perform root cause analysis and defect elimination
• Manage customer expectations to ensure satisfaction
• Facilitate approval processes for system enhancements
• Develop solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience or higher education substitution
• Extensive MSSQL development and troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of data integrity, API configuration, and security standards
• Intermediate/advanced ETL knowledge
• Ability to grasp new technologies quickly
• Experience supporting multi-environment SaaS solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional efforts
• Proven ability to meet user expectations and adhere to best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Business workflow conceptualization and system design skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Business process analysis skills
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent
• Proficiency with Visio, Word, Excel, Jira, Azure DevOps
• 1-3 years of Procure-to-Pay system admin experience
• Ability to achieve Ivalua Technical certifications
• Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell)
• Supply Chain background and Gov Cloud experience
• Data mapping and documentation skills
• Basic SQL querying skills
• Project planning experience with MS Project
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies
• Strong presentation and collaboration skills

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and education. The disclosed range may be adjusted for geographic location.
