Responsibilities

• Meet with business stakeholders to understand change requests and translate them into specs.
• Develop test plans and test cases, and execute functional/integrated testing.
• Analyze impact of changes across systems and coordinate implementation.
• Monitor scope, requirements, docs, and change requests for alignment with needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and mentor junior team members.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with business stakeholders to understand application change requests, translate requirements into functional specifications, and coordinate reviews through final approval.
• Develop test plans and test cases, execute functional and integrated testing, and verify that application enhancements perform as expected.
• Analyze the impact of application changes across related systems and coordinate implementation and post-implementation activities.
• Monitor project scope, requirements, documentation, and change requests to ensure alignment with business needs, technology standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate timely resolution of testing and implementation issues while supporting application owners and mentoring less experienced team members.

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analytics.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Process definition and implementation in a regulated industry
• Minimum 4 years of experience in guiding teams building, operating, or governing APIs
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Governance mindset
