What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, compile, and interpret data while analyzing for accuracy and efficiencies
- Provide daily technical support for systems, responding to inquiries and improving the end-user experience
- Determine system requirements and communicate them through specifications and project plans
- Produce reports based on data analysis and user input, identifying patterns and areas for improvement
- Assist in implementing modifications and enhancements to systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support
- OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support
- Ability to administer and maintain system functionalities
- Strong analytical skills to generate and analyze reports for compliance and business insights
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT departments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with UKG Dimensions or UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro)
- Technical knowledge of system configurations, report writing, and integrations
- Previous HR domain experience
- Ability to train internal users on system features and provide ongoing support
- Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements related to payroll and time tracking
