Job summary

Randstad General Partner (US) LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Associate Business Systems Analyst II to provide Tier II technical support, manage production tickets, and collaborate with development teams. You will define problems, draft specs, and assist in testing within a structured SDLC environment.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of analyst experience, with exposure to Agile/LEAN/waterfall, QA/UAT, and tools like JIRA, Visio, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must have 1 year of professional experience as a Software or Business Analyst or a related occupation.
• Must have 1 year of professional experience in: defining, analyzing, and crafting req/user stories;
• Experience in fast-paced IT environments and SDLC methodologies (Agile, LEAN, waterfall), wireframes, mockups, Visio, MS Office, project mgmt, QA/UAT testing, HTML, Java, SQL, CRM, ATS, and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier II technical support to end users and resolve production tickets.
• Define problems and work with developers to determine solutions.
• Assist in testing and validating solutions and maintain system performance.
• Write application specifications including conversions, upgrades, interfaces.
• Participate in QA and UAT testing and develop test plans.
