Job summary

Park Place Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst II to partner with stakeholders across the organization. You will gather requirements, design business processes, develop use cases, and support testing and post-production activities for company-wide applications.

You will collaborate with the technical team, translate business needs into concrete specifications, and help manage projects using standard PMI practices. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a business environment with analysis, systems design and project management for medium to large applications.
• Full lifecycle experience mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of system integrations and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of business workflow and how tech solutions fit infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements with SMEs.
• Create use cases and business process designs.
• Produce deliverables: entity models, specs, project plans.
• Validate designs with users and provide proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with architecture for complex implementations.
• Provide SME guidance through development lifecycle.
• Support PMI-based project management and reporting.
• Plan and participate in user acceptance testing.
