Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking an Analytics & Systems Support Analyst to provide advanced technical and operational business system support. You will perform needs assessments, implement specifications, and produce reporting and dashboards to support bank objectives.

The role may guide less experienced analysts, participate in testing or development, and help improve end-user experiences through data-driven insights and collaboration with IT and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support
• Or High School Diploma or GED with 6 years in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support
• Experience gathering requirements and producing meaningful reporting and dashboards

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Sources, compiles, and interprets data; analyzes data for accuracy and efficiency; communicates outputs.
• System Support: Provides daily technical support for systems; responds to inquiries; improves end-user experience.
• Identifying Requirements: Determines system requirements and communicates them via specs, reports or project plans.
• Reporting: Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and testing; identifies patterns and improvements.
