Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking an analytics professional to join the WMS Analytics team. You will deliver data, reporting, and automations for WMS and Supervision units, using PowerBI, Salesforce/CRM, Excel, and AI tools.

Collaboration with partners will shape end-to-end solutions and enable critical BAU and ad hoc reporting. The role focuses on delivering insights, building efficient analytics processes, and supporting business goals through data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills and ability to develop reporting using available technology applications.
• Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues and providing recommendations and insights based on available data and industry knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a data and reporting environment, or exposure through education in data, computer science, etc.
• Willingness to learn new tools supporting AI transformations and other development of end-to-end processes to support business needs
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsabilidades

• Deliver BAU reporting to multiple business lines, while establishing expertise in data and business knowledge
• Drive efficiencies for analytics and processes through automation using endorsed tools and technology
• Strong collaboration with business users to ensure requirements are understood and met
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and enhancements in current and future data deliverables
• Leverage data to enhance reporting on activity; connect data points across multiple systems to provide meaningful insights with guidance from leaders.
