Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Sr Risk Analyst to leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance risk management through automation, reporting, and data analytics. You will develop Power Apps, Automate workflows, and BI reports, partnering with stakeholders to drive efficiency and controls.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, data quality initiatives, and supporting regulatory inquiries, audits, and risk events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4-years) required.
Bachelors degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reporting to support risk management.
Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to improve efficiency, controls, and reporting.
Analyze, reconcile, and maintain risk data to ensure accuracy and reliable reporting.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and develop sustainable data quality improvements.
Support risk oversight activities, regulatory inquiries, and audits by providing timely information.
