Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II for a global investment management client.

This hands-on role combines data analytics, reporting, process optimization, and automation to drive data-driven decision-making across Alt Investments Solutions. You will partner with Sales, Operations, and Management to maintain Alts reporting, build dashboards and data workflows, and transform investment data into actionable insights to support sales strategy and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, CS, information systems, engineering, finance, economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in data analytics, BI, reporting, or data ops; experience in financial services or investments is a plus.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; ETL, data transformation, and cloud/relational databases.
• Dashboards in Tableau/Power BI or similar tools; ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad-hoc reports for trade lifecycle, sales, and operations.
• Write SQL and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, validation, and automation.
• Develop and optimize ETL workflows and data integrations.
• Create dashboards/visualizations in Tableau or Power BI for actionable insights.
• Automate reporting, data prep, validation, notifications, and exception handling.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot production issues to improve reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support releases.
• Leverage AI-assisted development to increase efficiency and solution quality.
