The Exchange in Dallas, TX is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst-Manager to analyze needs, document requirements, and guide system enhancements. This on-site role focuses on improving processes and driving data-driven solutions across the organization.

You will lead requirements development, coordinate with finance and IT, and ensure compliance while updating policies. The position requires four years in finance, accounting, or IT and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in finance, accounting, or information technology.
• Or a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration with two years of related experience.
• Or a Bachelor's degree plus completion of the Financial Management Training Program (FMT) and one year of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Performs process analysis and evaluates system workflows to identify opportunities for system-based improvements and increased operational efficiency.
• Assists with updating policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and operational compliance.
• Troubleshoots and resolves day to day system issues.
• Provides support to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries. May assist with escalated customer correspondence.
• Compiles and prepares statistical reports to support operational and performance analysis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Minimum
