Sager Electronics, a TTI, Inc. company, is seeking a dedicated Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid role on-site in Norwell, MA. The position focuses on bridging business needs with IT solutions, from requirements through training, across multiple departments.

You will collect requirements, document specifications, and support ERP and enterprise applications to improve efficiency and drive operational success. A bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-4 years of experience in business systems analysis, business analysis, application support, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand challenges and identify technology solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Support design, testing, implementation, and enhancement of business applications.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, status reporting, and resource coordination.
• Collaborate with developers, end users, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop user procedures, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Help troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
