What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Serve as a technical point of contact to support the Sales team and Clients, ensuring successful project implementations
2. Conduct strategic analysis to enhance standard solutions and deliverables for Client projects
3. Collaborate with IT and business users to evaluate data requests and recommend viable solutions
4. Document and maintain project requirements using various tools, ensuring data quality through scenario-based testing
5. Perform ad hoc data analysis and reconciliation using complex SQL queries

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst
2. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines
3. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
4. Knowledge of dental or medical insurance claims processing and EDI transactions
5. Familiarity with handling Personal Health Information (PHI) data and various file structures (e.g., XML, EDI)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies
