Responsibilities

• Technical Documentation: Create functional specs, workflow charts, and user stories for development teams.
• Process Improvement: Review existing processes and design efficient workflows.
• Implementation & Support: Guide system implementation, oversee testing (UAT), and provide post-launch support.
