Job summary

You will work with clients to understand needs, support system testing, and help design system solutions, including data models and workflows, to drive effective decisions and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business analyst or requirements analyst role
• Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management tools (RTC or JIRA)
• Experience preferred with Agile, SAFe, PO/PM
• Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and work through workflow analysis

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements from business and technology stakeholders.
• Assist in documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements.
• Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Work with clients to understand the business needs.
• Assist in modifications to procedures to solve technical problems.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights for decision making.
• Participate in system testing to ensure functionality and user acceptance.
• Assist with design and development of system solutions including architecture, workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
