Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related technical role.
• Experience with healthcare applications and workflows.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas; Appsheet a plus).
• Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and familiarity with Java/SQL/Visual Basic/Apps Script.
• Experience with cloud migrations and end-of-life remediation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively (verbal/written).
• Background in technical analysis or application architecture.

OVERVIEW

This opportunity requires strong technical acumen, healthcare application experience, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

OPPORTUNITY

6-month W2 contract-to-hire; Fully Remote (U.S. – All Time Zones)

SALARY

$65 – $70/hour W2 contract plus benefits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and document business and technical requirements from IT teams and business units.
• Translate requirements into actionable insights for architects, infrastructure teams, and application analysts.
• Support application/operating system upgrades and migrations to standard platforms.
• Assist in the remediation of end-of-life applications and systems.
• Understand and analyze application stack components (e.g., server, workstation, cloud).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Participate in stakeholder communications and status updates.

KEY EXPERIENCE

• 5–7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare applications and workflows including application stack architecture (server, client, cloud).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, Appsheet experience)
• Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) including familiarity with Java, SQL, Visual Basic, or Google App Script.
• Experience with cloud migrations and end-of-life system remediation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in technical analysis or application architecture.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

INTERVIEW PROCESS

• Quick turnaround: preliminary interview followed by team interview on phone and Google Meets.
• Typically, one round with the hiring manager, joined by the team (virtual interview), possibly two rounds if necessary.
