Job summary

UST is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. You will analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will collaborate across the SDLC, support design and testing, and help identify risks and dependencies. Strong analytical and documentation skills are essential, with experience in BRD/FRD and user stories.

UST is searching for a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that meet business objectives.

What You'LL Do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and process mapping sessions.


• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and use cases.


• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.


• Support solution design, system integration, and process improvement initiatives.


• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC.


• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions.


• Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts of proposed changes.


• Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews.


• Ensure traceability of requirements from inception through delivery.
