This role is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining complex business applications while driving operational improvements, documenting requirements, facilitating solution design, and supporting project delivery. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working within Agile and Waterfall environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business, development, architecture, quality assurance, vendor, and production support teams. **Key Responsibilities*** Business Analysis & Requirements Management* Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.* Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.* Lead requirements review sessions and facilitate discussions between business, development, architecture, QA, and support teams.* Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational efficiency.* Support backlog refinement, prioritization activities, and solution planning.* Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and business processes.* Create and maintain business requirements documents, process documentation, workflows, system diagrams, and user procedures.* Develop operational procedures, training materials, and knowledge articles.* Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, risk, and governance requirements.* Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, third-party vendors, and external partners.* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates with stakeholders at various organizational levels.* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and project team members.* Lead or participate in strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and continuous improvement efforts. **Huntington will not sponsor applicants for this position for immigration benefits, including but not limited to assisting with obtaining work permission for F-1 students, H-1B professionals, O-1 workers, TN workers, E-3 workers, among other immigration statuses.
