Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance and support of IT applications. Serving as a liaison between Operations and Development teams, this role ensures effective communication and resolution of system‑related issues. Key responsibilities include managing tickets, performing application maintenance tasks, maintaining user security roles and permissions, monitoring error queues, and ensuring data accuracy and completion of assigned time‑based tasks. When necessary, the analyst may travel to on‑site locations to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, or elevate concerns appropriately.

This position supports a variety of applications, including but not limited to supply and warehouse management systems, robotics platforms, and artificial intelligence solutions. The analyst plays a critical role in sustaining operational efficiency and enabling technology‑driven improvements across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of supply and warehouse management systems support experience.
