Business Systems Analyst III - Infrastructure Engineering

Location: Remote - US

We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in issue triage, incident/escalation management, and enterprise marketing platforms. This role will work closely with business, technical, and vendor teams to troubleshoot issues, monitor platform health, and improve system workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Manage issue triage, incidents, and escalations for enterprise marketing platforms.
• Monitor dashboards, platform health, and audience-reach metrics to identify issues or anomalies.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for support and escalations.
• Provide clear status updates and communicate business impact to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows and recommend improvements.
• Work independently using established runbooks and dashboards with limited onboarding.

Requirements

• Experience with issue triage and incident/escalation management for enterprise marketing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendor support and escalation teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently follow established runbooks and monitor dashboards.:
• Experience communicating technical issues and business impact to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring platform health and audience-reach metrics and identifying anomalies.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo, HubSpot, or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL, Java, Visual Basic, or similar technologies.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field required.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
