Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our client in their transition from traditional on-prem servers to Databricks on Azure. Your expertise in business analysis within data-heavy environments will be crucial in making data actionable and supporting the overall migration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany the data architect in discussions about system builds, actively listening, asking probing questions, and documenting the information.
• Document use cases and requirements to support the transition and implementation of data solutions.
• Utilize an agile-based approach to implement data services and solutions.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in data-heavy environments.
• Understanding of how data flows through an organization and how to make data actionable.
• Strong listening skills and ability to ask probing questions.
• Ability to work in unstructured environments and solve problems effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Azure.
• Experience in the banking or credit union industry.
